Include the body, tailgate, liner, tarp hardware, side extensions, and everything else raised.
Choose the package after the hoist model is selected. Hoist Only is for a customer-supplied compatible power unit. The Standard Kit includes the 12V power unit. The Extreme Series adds the 24V high-flow performance package and can reduce dump time by roughly half. Package choice does not change the published lifting capacity or dump angle.

Installation requirements apply to every telescopic hoist and every load: Properly size and reinforce the lower H-frame support, upper cylinder mounting area, structural cross-members or subframe, rear hinge supports, and moving dump body. The upper mounting brackets must be fully supported, laterally restrained, welded, and gusseted as required by the current manual so they cannot walk outward, spread apart, or bend outward under load; welding only across the rear of the brackets is not adequate. Correct cylinder location, welding, alignment, hydraulic setup, reinforcement, and load distribution are critical. Improper support or installation can cause distortion or structural failure even when the published lifting calculation clears.
Published table values are based on current Primary Mover model-specific charts and approximately 2,800 PSI. Lower hydraulic pressure reduces available lifting force; do not expect the published capacity from a lower-pressure system. Never exceed the pressure limit stated in the current manual or model-specific documentation. Exact chart points are 12, 18, and 24 inches of rear overhang. For a custom overhang between those points, the selector uses the next-lower published reference as a conservative preliminary screen and requires final geometry verification.
