Shipping and Returns

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on select items, including hydraulic scissor hoist kits, trailer jack kits, direct push kits, tilt deck kits, and more (as noted on individual product pages).

Important: Free shipping applies only to deliveries sent to a commercial business address with a freight dock or forklift, or in some cases, a freight terminal near you. These kits ship on pallets via LTL freight.
Residential, rural, or farm deliveries will require an additional fee due to increased carrier charges. Please contact us with any questions regarding your address.


Shipping

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 1–5 business days for individual items (like pumps, jacks, and accessories).

  • Freight (LTL) Shipping: Palletized freight items require 5–8 business days for handling and processing.

All orders must ship to a physical address. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is provided, your order may be delayed or canceled.

We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, but these orders must be placed over the phone so we can collect additional details and provide accurate shipping quotes.

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–9 business days, depending on your location and order type. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your item(s) ship, tracking information will be sent via email.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and undamaged.

  • Both original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the buyer.

  • All returns must be approved in advance. Once approved, returns must be delivered back to us within 7 days.

  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are issued for the cost of the product only, not including shipping.
