Primary Mover 3/8" SAE 100R2AT Hydraulic Hose is a heavy-duty, two-wire braided hydraulic hose designed for mobile equipment, trailers, hydraulic power units, industrial equipment, and general high-pressure hydraulic applications.

This hose features a traditional wrapped/textured outer cover rather than a smooth cover, providing the rugged construction commonly used on heavy-duty hydraulic equipment.

Third-Party Pressure Tested

Primary Mover hose assemblies manufactured using this hose were independently hydrostatically tested by Spartan Industrial & Marine.

  • Documented Working Pressure: 7,600 PSI
  • Hydrostatic Test Pressure: 11,400 PSI
  • Documented Burst Pressure: 30,400 PSI

The tested assemblies successfully completed hydrostatic testing at 1.5 times the documented working pressure. Test documentation is available from Primary Mover upon request.

Pressure test results apply to the specific hose assemblies tested. Hydraulic hose should always be used within the rated working pressure of the complete hose, fitting, and hydraulic system combination.

Ordering Hose by the Foot

This hose is sold by the foot. Enter the number of feet required as the product quantity.

Example: Quantity 10 = 10 feet of hydraulic hose.

Hose purchased directly from this product listing is supplied as unassembled hose unless hydraulic hose assembly and crimping service is also added to your order.
