Installed in a few hours works great, extremely fast. I Retrofit a trailer that had a crank Jack and it took a couple hours. If I could change one thing it could use some extra 90° fittings for a little more versatility in mounting the selector valve. I wound up needing four of them. Do yourself a favor and pick a few up before you start the job. I needed 4 More than the two supplied in the kit.

Look like it built well. I looked everything over and it looks real good. I’m am real busy so it maybe months before i have time to install. But i don’t for see any issues. Nothing to it.

Rather disappointed in the product the guy I talked to said there would be angle cities in there and there was done I was one fitting short for being a complete that the holes didn't line up in the Jack two of them had to redrill them nothing like the one I got from Max D sorry

I appreciate your honest feedback, and I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment. If you were missing a fitting, we absolutely could have sent that out right away—please let us know, and we’ll get it taken care of.

As for the bolt pattern, all specs and measurements are listed on our website, but I understand how frustrating it can be if things don’t line up as expected. Regarding the angle iron, I apologize if you were given incorrect information—our team aims to provide the best guidance possible, and I’ll make sure this is addressed internally.

One thing I’d like to highlight is that our jack is one of the few on the market that includes dual counterbalance valves for added safety and load holding. I hope, in time, you’ll see the value in that feature. If there's anything else we can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
