Primary Mover Replacement Hydraulic Cylinders
Primary Mover replacement hydraulic cylinders are engineered specifically for our dump trailer and dump body scissor hoists. Built for demanding hydraulic applications up to approximately 3,200 PSI, these cylinders feature heavy-wall construction designed to better resist tube expansion, reduce stress on internal seals, and support longer service life.
Our 300-500 series cylinders use approximately 7.5 mm (0.295") wall thickness, while our heavy-duty 600 series steps up to approximately 10 mm (0.394"). Each cylinder is matched to the stroke, mounting geometry, pivot locations, and operating requirements of its specific Primary Mover hoist.
Important Fitment Notice: These cylinders are replacement components for Primary Mover hoists only. We do not recommend installing them on another manufacturer's scissor hoist, even if the bore and stroke appear similar. Critical differences in cylinder length, mounting position, pivot geometry, and hoist design can significantly affect performance and structural loading. Primary Mover may contact you after purchase to confirm proper hoist compatibility before shipment.
