PF-520 Scissor Hoist Dump Trailer Kit

The PF-520 scissor hoist is a heavy-duty lift system designed for longer beds and higher dump angles, built to handle up to 10 tons (20,000 lbs). Featuring a 5.5" diameter cylinder with a 20" stroke, the PF-520 offers increased lift height and improved mounting flexibility compared to shorter-stroke hoists. This makes it an ideal choice for 12 to 16-foot dump trailers and heavy-duty utility truck applications where lifting geometry and dump angle are critical.

While the PF-520 shares the same cylinder diameter as the PF-516, the longer stroke is the key advantage. The additional stroke allows the hoist to be mounted further forward under the bed, improving leverage and weight handling while achieving higher dump angles on longer beds.

Power Unit Configuration

All Standard and Premium kits ship with a Primary Mover double-acting power unit and 2-button remote.

Optional Upgrades:

• KTI 3-button remote – Adds gravity-down operation for customers who prefer that control style.

• Primary Mover 24VDC power unit – Ideal for customers running 24V systems, offering lower amp draw and seamless integration with performance comparable to the standard 12VDC version.
